Cancellation Policy

AeroVision – Terms of Service By placing an order with AeroVision, you agree to the following terms. Service Area AeroVision services are available within 20 miles of Cranleigh, Surrey. AeroVision reserves the right to decline or cancel orders if a location is outside this area, too far to reasonably travel, or if additional travel has not been agreed in advance. Orders & Payment Full payment is required before any photography, filming, or fulfilment begins. Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully received. If a payment fails, AeroVision may pause or cancel the order. Scheduling & Availability Once payment is confirmed, AeroVision will contact the client to arrange a suitable date and time. All bookings are subject to availability, weather conditions, safety considerations, and airspace restrictions. Right to Cancel or Reschedule AeroVision reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to factors including weather, safety concerns, UK CAA or airspace restrictions, equipment issues, availability, location constraints, or circumstances beyond our control. If AeroVision cancels a service before a shoot takes place, a refund may be offered at AeroVision’s discretion. Client Cancellations If the client cancels a scheduled shoot within 2 hours of the agreed start time, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations made earlier may be refunded at AeroVision’s discretion. No refunds are guaranteed once a shoot has taken place. Weather & Safety Flights will only take place when conditions are safe and lawful. If conditions are unsuitable, the shoot will be rescheduled where possible at no extra cost. Client Responsibilities The client must ensure permission to film or photograph the location, provide accurate details, and inform AeroVision of any relevant restrictions or hazards. Deliverables & Revisions Final edited media will be delivered digitally unless otherwise stated. Physical products will be produced after image approval. Minor edits are included; major revisions may incur an additional charge. Usage Rights Media is provided for personal use. AeroVision retains copyright and may use media for portfolio and promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing. Data & Acceptance Client details are used only for order-related communication. By completing checkout, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms.
